The voucher can be redeemed for any AMG Experience event. It will be credited with €1,200. Any remaining balance will expire and cannot be refunded or paid out.
The voucher for the AMG Driver's Package is issued to the first owner of the vehicle. This person is still in possession of the voucher even after the sale of the vehicle, as the voucher is not tied to the vehicle. However, if the voucher has not been redeemed so far and the first owner is not interested in it, they can transfer it to the new owner. A written declaration of consent is required for this.
No, the voucher can only be redeemed for our events. The validity period is 3 years from the date of purchase.
No, the voucher can only be redeemed for AMG Experience Germany events and is not applicable for events of the international AMG Experiences / Driving Academys.
As long as weather conditions permit, all events will take place as planned. In the event of bad weather conditions, cancellations may be made at short notice in rare cases for safety reasons. Information about your arrival and whether a shuttle from the nearest airport to the event hotel and back is included in the base price can be found in the respective event description.

All AMG Experience events are held in German and English. If necessary, a German- and an English-speaking group will be formed among the participants.
Please note: For safety reasons, it is not possible to take part in our driving training courses without the necessary language skills in German and English.
For data protection reasons, we are not permitted to give out information about other participants.
In any case, you should bring your valid ID and driving licence. If you have an EU driving licence or a Swiss or UK driving licence, this is sufficient. If you do not have one of these licences, you must bring a valid international driving licence with a German or English translation.
Attention: International driving licences are only valid in combination with the original driving licence.
Please choose your clothes according to the weather. We recommend comfortable clothing and shoes as well as sunglasses. Please make sure that your shoes are closed and do not slip when driving. There may be additional recommendations depending on the programme, which we will inform you about in advance with your travel documents.
There is a store in the AMG showroom in Affalterbach. This is usually open Monday–Friday from 9:00 am–5:00 pm. There may be special opening hours during events. Pets are not allowed at AMG Experience events.
Selected events are accompanied by professional photographers. We will make the pictures available to you via a download platform approximately two weeks after the event. If you do not consent to the photos, please inform us in advance or on site and our photographer will ensure to respect your request.

Please inform us of your eating habits and/or intolerances as soon as possible (at the latest upon receiving the participation documents). The event team on site will be happy to provide you with a comprehensive alternative to the existing menus.
We will send you the final participation documents by email no later than 14 days before the start of the event. These will contain information on how to get to the event, detailed daily schedules, and important information on what to bring or what is still to be announced.
The time for the safety briefing depends on the event you have booked. You can find the exact time in the detailed event schedule in the participation documents.
The instructors are responsible for the safety briefing before the first descent on public roads, the race track and on ice. They explain the special features of the vehicles, instruct you on them (e.g. seat position, steering wheel position) and give you valuable tips for safe driving. They lead the group, so their instructions must be followed. This includes, among other things, observing the speed limits and the ban on overtaking within the group.
Penalties have to be paid by each participant themselves. If you have caused a penalty, you will be informed after the event and asked to pay it.

Both training courses take place over 2.5 days, but the driving part is structured differently: In the AMG PRO Training, the driving time on the racetrack is longer, while in the AMG ADVANCED Training the focus is on vehicle handling in various exercises. In addition, the AMG ADVANCED Training takes place with two people per vehicle and the AMG PRO Training with a single person per vehicle. Another big difference is that in the AMG PRO Training, you have the opportunity to drive freely, whereas in the AMG ADVANCED Training, you drive behind an instructor.
Please note: To take part in the AMG PRO Training, you must have successfully completed an AMG ADVANCED or similar training beforehand.
We advise you to register early for the AMG Racetrack Experience of your choice. Depending on the training, the places and vehicles are booked up very quickly.
For selected training sessions, we can book an overnight stay for you in addition to the basic price, if required. Please indicate this request when booking.
In case of a training course lasting several days, accommodation in a high-quality hotel of the respective country category near the race track is included in the booking price. You can find more information about this in the respective event descriptions.

Only Mercedes-AMG vehicles are permitted to participate in an AMG Racetrack Experience. The exercises are structured in such a way that you can work out the special features of the different models individually and experience them for yourself as a driver.
We ask for your tyre data at all training sessions in which you participate with your own Mercedes-AMG vehicle.
The events take place with a wide selection of the current Mercedes-AMG product range.
Yes, single occupancy is possible for selected training sessions with a corresponding surcharge.
The vehicles are divided into groups, each with one instructor. This instructor drives ahead in the lead vehicle and is connected to the participants via radio and gives instructions.
During AMG MASTERS training, one instructor sits next to you in the car.
For the AMG Experience, zet:motion. GmbH works with a large number of successful and experienced racetrack instructors and brand ambassadors.

No special programme is planned for your accompanying person on site. Your accompanying person can stay in the catering box and participate in the theory sessions. This does not apply to the events at the Mercedes-Benz test centre in Immendingen.
Photos and video recordings are allowed during the entire event. Excluded from this are the events at the Mercedes-Benz proving ground and test centre in Immendingen (AMG DISCOVER & PERFORMANCE Training Immendingen). There is a general ban on recording with drones.
Restrictions apply during the driving training sessions, as increased safety regulations apply here. Here, photos/video recordings are only permitted in coordination with the event staff on site. Furthermore, all AMG Racetrack Experience events will be accompanied by professional photographers.
No specific attire is required. For training in racing cars (Mercedes-AMG GT3/GT4), we provide you with racing overalls, shoes, gloves and fireproof underwear. You will be given helmets incl. HANS-System for all training sessions that require them.

For an AMG Lifestyle Experience, the minimum age for active participation is 21 years – in addition, you must have held your driving licence for at least three years.
An AMG Lifestyle Experience is suitable for all levels of experience. The prerequisite is that you have held a class B driving licence, a European driving licence or an international driving licence for at least three years.

No, this is not possible. The tours all take place in provided Mercedes-AMG vehicles. During the tour, the vehicles will be changed at different stations.
The events take place with a wide selection of the current product range of Mercedes-AMG. If there are several groups, we make sure that the vehicles of each group are selected almost equally.
No, the vehicles are always provided in double occupancy. If you would prefer to be in the same vehicle with a particular person, please let us know when you make your booking.
Passive participation is not possible because the vehicles are double occupied by active participants.
Photos and video recordings are permitted in the AMG Private Lounge and in the showroom. Any photos and video recordings during the AMG Factory Experience outside the above-mentioned areas are strictly prohibited.
Any recordings are permitted during the remaining AMG Lifestyle Experience events. In special cases, we will explicitly inform you of a recording ban.
