The AMG Experience on Ice x G-Class Expedition combines the thrill of precise driving dynamics on ice with the G-Class’s legendary off-road capabilities. It’s for anyone who wants to experience the AMG Experience on Ice from two completely different perspectives, whilst honing their driving skills both on ice and off the beaten track.
On specially prepared ice tracks, you’ll refine your technique in the latest Mercedes-AMG models, work on vehicle control, precision and drifting, and develop an even deeper understanding of driving dynamics on ice and snow. At the same time, you’ll experience the impressive capabilities of modern off-road technology in challenging winter conditions with the G-Class. Off the beaten track, you’ll discover how the G-Class’s differential locks ensure traction even on the most challenging terrain and experience the potential of this off-road icon first-hand.
Switching between the two programme components creates a varied driving experience that uniquely combines dynamism, adventure and the development of your driving skills. Divided into two groups, you’ll take turns experiencing both parts of the programme: whilst one group perfects their drifting skills, the other sets off on an exploration tour in the G-Class. After one day in each, the groups swap – for an experience that unfolds in its entirety.
Away from the track, the AMG Lodge offers the perfect place to reflect on the day’s adventures. In a relaxed atmosphere, with culinary highlights and in the company of the World’s Fastest Family, Adventure Week becomes an experience that goes far beyond driving.

The AMG Experience operated zet:motion. GmbH selects locations and dates for this exclusive event where very good conditions for a unique driving experience are highly likely. The event takes place on a specially prepared open-air ice track – tailor-made for precise performance and maximum driving dynamics.
The safe and first-class execution of the event depends critically on the weather conditions required for a stable ice surface (sustained temperatures below 0°C) being present for a sufficient period before and during the event. However, even at short notice, unforeseen weather changes may occur that make it impossible to hold the event for safety reasons.
The AMG Experience operated zet:motion. GmbH therefore reserves the right to cancel the event or the entire trip, even at short notice before departure. For maximum flexibility, we recommend taking out travel cancellation and interruption insurance or booking arrival and departure tickets that can be cancelled at short notice.
